Coca Cola High Pressure Air Install

Coca Cola Brisbane went through an expansion in manufacturing their own PET bottle.  This expansion required the installation of high pressure oil free compressors and stainless steel high pressure pipe work, requiring a pressure delivery of 40bar.

Ensham Coal Mine near Emeral has upgraded their mining operations and moved production underground.  This required a complete compressor plant install with 150mm galvanise piping to the well head.

This was done in 2 stages, 1st stage two x GA110 Atlas Copco compressors, dryer and VAR. Stage 2 saw the remaining compressor installed as production increased.

Ingham Chicken increased their production by 100% and that required an increase in compressed air.  We were able to install extra compressors and pipe work including a ring-main in 150mm copper.

 

Harvest Fresh Cuts when through an expansion which required a upgrade with their compressors and pipie work. AirNet piping was installed through the whole factory with stainless steel droppers through the roof space.
